This policy describes the data collected by this site, how it is used, how long it is kept and the rights available to you.

Applicable legal framework

Processing is subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revised FADP, in force since 1 September 2023) and, for visitors located in the European Union, to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

As the server is currently located in France, the GDPR applies in any event.

Data collected

Appointment request form: first name or pseudonym, age, email address, preferred contact channel, language, desired session type and duration, time slot, location, experience level, desired practices, hard limits, information relating to your state of health, free-text message, how you heard about the site, and where applicable an attachment.

Guestbook: pseudonym, optional email address never published, rating and review text.

Diary: if an appointment is agreed, its date, time and an approximate location are recorded, linked to your contact details.

Browsing: a technical cookie records your age confirmation. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies are set.

Sensitive data

Information relating to your state of health, your limits and the practices envisaged constitutes sensitive data within the meaning of Article 5 FADP and Article 9 GDPR.

Its collection rests solely on your explicit consent, obtained separately when the form is submitted. You are never required to provide more than is necessary for your safety.

This data is encrypted at rest using a key separate from the application key. It never appears in plain text in email notifications, which merely signal that a request has arrived.

Purposes and legal basis

Form data is used solely to review your request, to prepare a possible session under satisfactory safety conditions, and to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent, and the performance of pre-contractual steps.

No data is sold, rented or passed on for commercial purposes. No profiling or automated decision-making is carried out.

Retention periods

Three separate processing activities coexist, with different retention periods.

Your appointment request, including information about your health, your limits and the practices envisaged, is automatically deleted ninety days after processing. Deletion also removes any attachment. A request left unanswered is never erased without your knowledge.

Your contact details — first name or pseudonym, email address, contact channel — are stored separately, without any sensitive data, to allow future contact. This rests on a separate, optional consent that you may withdraw at any time without giving reasons.

An appointment recorded in the diary is kept for as long as needed to manage the activity. If an invitation is sent for your own calendar, it mentions neither the provider's name, nor the nature of the service, nor the exact address.

Guestbook reviews are kept for as long as they remain online. You may request their removal at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and the right to data portability.

You may also contact the competent authority: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner in Switzerland, or the supervisory authority of your country of residence in the European Union.

Security

Exchanges with this site are encrypted. Access to administration is protected and restricted. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest.

Despite these measures, no system offers absolute guarantees. We invite you to share only strictly necessary information.

Reference language

In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions of this document, the French version prevails.
